Enjaz Digital Account is a new feature in Enjaz App that will enable our New and Existing customers to register and to use Enjaz digital services:
o New Customers: Now, new customers will be able to open Enjaz Digital membership and register in Enjaz App for (full access feature) & get Enjaz digital card without a need to visit Enjaz centers.
o Existing customers: Now, will be able to register in Enjaz App for (full access feature) & get Enjaz digital card without a need to visit Enjaz

o Able for new customers and existing customers.

4. How to open Enjaz digital membership for new customers?

1. Download Enjaz App
2. Click on (+ Register)
3. Click (Get Started)
4. Enter National ID or Iqama number then click (Next) ++
5. Check the box (I’m the actual beneficiary of this service) then Click (I’m Ready)
6. Enter mobile number, Email, and Date of Birth then click (Next)
7. Enter verification code (OTP) sent to the entered mobile number (4 numeric digits) then click (Next)
8. Choose your national address then click (Next)
9. If you’re not registered in National Address click the link below. in this step customer will be redirected to National address portal to register and complete the National Address.
10. Tell us about you, in this step customer will be asked to choose or fill the below information:
a. Your Title (Mr. Mrs. Dr. …etc)
b. Marital Status (Single, Married)
c. Education Level (High school, University, or Other)
d. Preferred language (English, Arabic)
e. Residence Ownership (Owned, With Family, From company, Rent)
f. Residence type (Villa, Apartment, Floor) Then click (Next)
11. Tell us About your Work, in this step customer will be asked to choose or fill the below information:
a. I work in (Private, Business Owner, Student, Government, Semi Government, Self Employed, Retired, Unemployed, Housewife or Military)
b. My job position (dropdown list)
c. Employer name (fill the field)
d. Business Sector (fill the field)
e. City (dropdown list) Then click (Next)
12. Tell us About your Financial Information, in this step customer will be asked to choose or fill the below information:
a. Monthly income (Type your monthly income in SAR)
b. Source of income (Salary, Retirement Salary, Business or Saving)
c. Method of receiving income (Internal Transfer, Foreign Transfer, Cash, Cheque or SARIE)
d. Purpose of the membership (Remittance, Currency exchange or Remittance & Currency exchange) Then click (Next)
13. Do you have other income sources, in this step customer will be asked to fill the other income if any:
a. Yes, then customer will be asked to fill the other income information
b. If not, then click (No, Next)
14. Do you have incoming or Outgoing Transfer, in this step customer will be asked to fill the details if any:
a. Yes, then customer will be asked to add transfer details
b. If not, then click (No, Next)
15. Are you Tax Resident of Countries outside of Saudi Arabia, in this step customer will be asked to fill the details if any:
a. Yes, then customer will be asked to add TIN details
b. If not, then click (No, Next)
17. Terms & Conditions, customer will be asked to Accept or Reject the Terms & Conditions
18. Now let’s create your Enjaz App Access, in this step customer will be asked to fill the following fields:
a. Username
b. Password
c. Confirm Password,
then click (Next)
19. New let’s create your Security PIN, in this step customer will be asked for fill the following fields:
a. Security PIN, then click (Next)
b. Retype Security PIN, then click (Next)
20. Your final step Verify your details via Absher or National Single Sign-On Service (iam), in this step customer will be redirected to Absher portal to verify his identity by clicking on (Sign in with Absher) and to login using his Absher portal username & password or a pop-up asked to fill your Absher information through IAM. If you don’t have Absher account, find and verify using the nearest equipped ATM to use your fingerprint. Once it’s verified successfully customer will click on (Done).

5. How to open Enjaz digital membership for existing customers?

1. Download Enjaz App
2. Click on (+ Register / Become a customer)
3. Click (Get Started)
4. Enter National ID or Iqama number then click (Next) ++
5. Click (I’m Ready)
6. Enter mobile number, Email and Date of Birth then click (Next)
7. Enter verification code (OTP) sent to the entered mobile number (4 numeric digits) then click (Next)
8. New let’s crate your Online & Mobile Banking Access, in this step customer will be asked for fill the following fields:
a. Username
b. Password
c. Confirm Password,
then click (Next)
9. New let’s crate your Security PIN, in this step customer will be asked for fill the following fields:
a. Security PIN, then click (Next)
b. Retype Security PIN, then click (Next)
10. Once it’s verified successfully customer will click on (Done), and he can login now using username & password

6. How to use Enjaz Digital membership?

Once you complete the enrollment, you will receive an SMS contains of your digital card information. Also, while opining the app for the first time. App will display some popup messages as a brief to let you know for the existing functions.

7. How to register in Enjaz App using the Enjaz digital membership?

1. Open Enjaz App
2. Enter the username chosen while registering (8-14 characters)
3. Enter the password chosen while registering:
o Letters & number no special characters
o Capital & Small letters
o Starts with a letter

8. Can I change the chosen authentication method?

No, you can’t change the chosen channel once it’s submitted successfully.

9. How can I know my CIF if when I open a Digital account?

Already mentioned on agreement form, and CIF card. Also, you will receive an SMS contains your CIF number.

10. Can I open a digital account if I already have a membership in Enjaz?

Yes, also you will have Enjaz digital card which gives you the ability to make your all banking services through Enjaz App

11. Can I open a digital account if I already have an account in Bank Albilad?

No, you can’t have Enjaz Digital account if you are Bank Albilad customer. But you can add beneficiary and transfer by any mada card through Quick Access in Enjaz App.

12. What are the Requirements for getting Enjaz Digital membership?

o Valid Saudi ID or Iqama
o Valid mobile number
o National address (for new customers)
o ID authentication

13. What is Enjaz digital card?

It is a prepaid card approved by the Sharia Board of Bank Albilad. It is issuing immediately from Enjaz App to the customer without the need for any credit approvals, enables the card holder to enjoy the following services:
o Recharge the card balance at any time by receiving an incoming transfer from another account in Bank Albilad.
o Recharge the card balance at any time by receiving an incoming transfer from another account in any local bank through SARIE system
o The service of transferring money locally and internationally through Enjaz App.
o Complete purchases via POS for all local banks.
o Paying utility bills (SADAD) through Enjaz App.

20. Can I get the physical card when I have Enjaz digital card?

Yes, you can visit Enjaz nearest branch to issue a physical card. And both cards "digital & physical" will be linked under one account.

21. Is there a fee for issuing Enjaz digital card?

No, you can get Enjaz digital card for FREE for a limited period

22. Is there an annual fee for Enjaz digital card?

There is no annual fee for Enjaz digital card

23. How to activate my Enjaz digital card?

Once you log-in to Enjaz App at the first time you will be asked to set a PIN number for the card, then the card will activate automatically.

24. How to create my Enjaz digital card PIN number?

While your filling your Enjaz Digital membership application you will be asked to create a PIN number

25. Is Enjaz digital card considered as mada or visa card?

it’s a prepaid visa card.

26. Is it possible to open Enjaz Digital membership if I have an account with Bank Albilad?

No, you can’t have Enjaz Digital account if you are Bank Albilad customer. But you can add beneficiary and transfer by any mada card through Quick Access in Enjaz App.

27. Is it possible to get Enjaz digital card if I do not have an account with Bank Albilad?

Yes, and in order to obtain an Enjaz digital card, the customer must have an active Digital membership in Enjaz

28. Want to add a new beneficiary or update current beneficiary information?

You can add a new beneficiary and update current beneficiary information through Enjaz App.

29. What are the international transfer services available in Enjaz digital card?

Enjaz digital card holders able to make international transfer of activated beneficiaries for the following services:
o Enjaz Easy
o Western Union
o Swift
o Transfast (soon)

30. what should I do if have forgot my phone number and I’m trying to enroll to upgrade my normal membership to digital membership?

You can type your actual phone number and verify it. Then you will receive a massage to inform you that mobile number has been changes successfully.

31. What should I do if I have an enquiry or Complaint?

32. What should I do if I didn’t update my ID while I’m trying to upgrade my membership to digital membership?

You can use your ID and authenticate it then you will receive an SMS that says the ID has been updated successfully
