Enjaz Digital Account is a new feature in Enjaz App that will enable our New and Existing customers to register and to use Enjaz digital services:
o New Customers: Now, new customers will be able to open Enjaz Digital membership and register in Enjaz App for (full access feature) & get Enjaz digital card without a need to visit Enjaz centers.
o Existing customers: Now, will be able to register in Enjaz App for (full access feature) & get Enjaz digital card without a need to visit Enjaz

5. Check the box (I’m the actual beneficiary of this service) then Click (I’m Ready)
6. Enter mobile number, Email, and Date of Birth then click (Next)
7. Enter verification code (OTP) sent to the entered mobile number (4 numeric digits) then click (Next)
8. Choose your national address then click (Next)
9. If you’re not registered in National Address click the link below. in this step customer will be redirected to National address portal to register and complete the National Address.
10. Tell us about you, in this step customer will be asked to choose or fill the below information:
a. Your Title (Mr. Mrs. Dr. …etc)
b. Marital Status (Single, Married)
c. Education Level (High school, University, or Other)
d. Preferred language (English, Arabic)
e. Residence Ownership (Owned, With Family, From company, Rent)
f. Residence type (Villa, Apartment, Floor) Then click (Next)
11. Tell us About your Work, in this step customer will be asked to choose or fill the below information:
a. I work in (Private, Business Owner, Student, Government, Semi Government, Self Employed, Retired, Unemployed, Housewife or Military)
b. My job position (dropdown list)
c. Employer name (fill the field)
d. Business Sector (fill the field)
e. City (dropdown list) Then click (Next)
12. Tell us About your Financial Information, in this step customer will be asked to choose or fill the below information:
a. Monthly income (Type your monthly income in SAR)
b. Source of income (Salary, Retirement Salary, Business or Saving)
c. Method of receiving income (Internal Transfer, Foreign Transfer, Cash, Cheque or SARIE)
d. Purpose of the membership (Remittance, Currency exchange or Remittance & Currency exchange) Then click (Next)
13. Do you have other income sources, in this step customer will be asked to fill the other income if any:
a. Yes, then customer will be asked to fill the other income information
b. If not, then click (No, Next)
14. Do you have incoming or Outgoing Transfer, in this step customer will be asked to fill the details if any:
a. Yes, then customer will be asked to add transfer details
b. If not, then click (No, Next)
15. Are you Tax Resident of Countries outside of Saudi Arabia, in this step customer will be asked to fill the details if any:
a. Yes, then customer will be asked to add TIN details
b. If not, then click (No, Next)
17. Terms & Conditions, customer will be asked to Accept or Reject the Terms & Conditions
18. Now let’s create your Enjaz App Access, in this step customer will be asked to fill the following fields:
a. Username
b. Password
c. Confirm Password,
then click (Next)
19. New let’s create your Security PIN, in this step customer will be asked for fill the following fields:
a. Security PIN, then click (Next)
b. Retype Security PIN, then click (Next)
20. Your final step Verify your details via Absher or National Single Sign-On Service (iam), in this step customer will be redirected to Absher portal to verify his identity by clicking on (Sign in with Absher) and to login using his Absher portal username & password or a pop-up asked to fill your Absher information through IAM. If you don’t have Absher account, find and verify using the nearest equipped ATM to use your fingerprint. Once it’s verified successfully customer will click on (Done).

9. New let’s crate your Security PIN, in this step customer will be asked for fill the following fields:
a. Security PIN, then click (Next)
b. Retype Security PIN, then click (Next)
10. Once it’s verified successfully customer will click on (Done), and he can login now using username & password
Once you complete the enrollment, you will receive an SMS contains of your digital card information. Also, while opining the app for the first time. App will display some popup messages as a brief to let you know for the existing functions.
